Supabase now supports full native support for Sign in with Apple and Google on iOS and Android, allowing developers to use OS-provided authentication dialogs. This feature also extends to one-tap sign in methods like Sign in with Apple JS, Sign in with Google for Web, and even within Chrome extensions. The new implementation uses ID tokens issued by Apple or Google, which Supabase Auth can now properly validate and link to existing user accounts based on email similarity.

We have made significant announcements this month, including new integrations and exciting highlights from the community. We've reached a milestone of 50k GitHub Stars, which is a testament to the growing popularity of our Vector Toolkit for Postgres, Supabase Vector. This toolkit allows for storing, indexing, and querying vector embeddings at scale, making it increasingly popular for AI applications. Additionally, we've released new features such as Vault, a Postgres extension that makes it safe and easy to store encrypted secrets and data, and Auth Helpers, which now include server-side auth and support for the Next.js App Router.
