September 2026 Summaries

Replicated’s September 2026 release introduced Beta versions of the Enterprise Portal and Security Center, alongside platform updates for vendors and customers. Enterprise Portal now supports SAML single sign-on with domain allowlists, air-gapped KOTS and kURL customer workflows, and an optional Ask AI assistant that answers questions only from documentation each customer is authorized to access. Security Center, now available in Beta to all teams, lets vendors control which security findings customers see, including unresolved CVEs, and enables downloads of raw image scan results. Vendor Portal enhancements include routing container and Helm traffic through one proxy registry, egress attribution by image and customer, consolidated channel release-note viewing, and support-bundle deletion through the UI or API. Embedded Cluster v3 also received additional Beta releases as it progresses toward general availability.

Replicated has launched the next-generation Enterprise Portal in beta, rolling it out to all entitled teams as a secure, white-labeled customer portal for installing, upgrading, configuring, and supporting self-hosted software. The update responds to vendor requests for greater control by moving portal content into GitHub-managed modular MDX components, enabling version history, reviews, rollbacks, and customizable customer-, version-, and license-specific content without maintaining separate documentation. It expands support beyond Helm and Embedded Cluster to KOTS and kURL customers, adds delivery of downloadable assets and Terraform modules, offers entitlement-aware Ask AI and Security Center integrations, and provides an API-based headless option for CI/CD and GitOps workflows. Existing users can retain their current Classic Enterprise Portal or Download Portal while exploring the new version, migrate customers individually, and preserve underlying customer data, SAML settings, notifications, and email preferences; Replicated is seeking beta feedback to guide future development.
