Redpanda Cloud's latest release enhances enterprise security, performance, and compliance capabilities, introducing features such as AWS PrivateLink for secure VPC connections and audit logging for simplified compliance, which supports existing SIEM tools. The update also expands high-throughput tiers, offering improved cost-efficiency for BYOC clusters with increased ingress, egress speeds, and partition limits, benefiting customers like ShareChat by significantly reducing cloud infrastructure costs. Additionally, Redpanda Cloud now offers 99.95% availability and supports Protocol Buffers in its sink connectors, improving data serialization and deserialization capabilities.
