Preset has introduced new Dashboard Commenting and Collaboration features to enhance teamwork and communication within its platform. These features allow users to leave comments on specific charts or entire dashboards, tag colleagues using @ mentions for direct notifications, and integrate with Slack for real-time updates and discussions. Users can see who is viewing the same dashboard and receive notifications on comment threads they are involved in through email, Preset, and Slack if integrated. The new functionality is available to Free and Professional plan users and select Enterprise teams, with additional details and support available for interested Enterprise users.
