Our Journey in Mortgage` We made a commitment to better serve the mortgage market by leveraging digitization. Studies have shown that fintech mortgage lenders can reduce processing time and default rates compared to traditional lenders. We've partnered with Ellie Mae and Fannie Mae to provide seamless verification of borrowers' financial assets, and recently launched our Assets product, which delivers direct bank data feeds in a standardized format. This enables lenders to improve the application process and deliver a more consumer-centric loan servicing experience. Our success is measured by the success of our customers and partners, such as Blend's production with Day 1 Certainty for Assets using Plaid data.

In February 2018, Link for iOS was updated to version 1.1.5 with improved error handling during initialization and password manager support. The user interface was also modified to incorporate best practices from the web version of Link. iPhone X support on Mobile Web was enhanced, and Link is now compatible with Facebook Messenger. Integrations were upgraded, including decreased latency for Chase integration and improved account and routing number support for smaller institutions.
