Nullstone has introduced governance, cost-management, observability, and module updates aimed at improving production safety and operational visibility. A new environment-level setting can disable manual IaC syncs, preventing developers or AI agents from changing protected infrastructure locally while continuing to allow repository webhooks and recognized CI pipelines to deploy changes. Cost reporting now provides an Untagged costs page for investigating unmanaged cloud spend, applying resource tags, and classifying inherently untaggable charges, while charts support drill-down navigation that preserves selected cost settings. ECS and Fargate task execution histories can now be retained beyond ECS’s stopped-task window, and updated status commands report task execution details. Environment Variables screens now display applied runtime values, pending changes, and explanations for unavailable values after app modules are upgraded and applied. Smaller fixes improve deployment module resolution, plan-state messaging, CI attribution, and local CLI credential-file permissions. Catalog updates include broad app-module support for reporting applied environment values, CloudWatch IAM policy fixes ahead of AWS’s 2027 ARN requirements, and a self-hosted AWS Vault cluster option using Raft, KMS auto-unseal, scoped IAM-based application access, and shared preview-environment support.
