We are now more than three months into our MongoDB.local world tour that started in NYC in June. Since then, we have continued to introduce product improvements and new features, from the general availability of MongoDB for VS Code to MongoDB 7.0 and Queryable Encryption. Today, I'm excited to share with you the highlights of the latest product announcements at our London conference this morning. We're committed to providing the best developer experience because we know that developer time is one of the most valuable assets in every company. After analyzing the most common tasks developers perform daily, we've identified two areas for improvement: developing against Atlas more efficiently and making it easier to write MongoDB queries. We want to provide developers with the most ergonomic way to work with MongoDB Atlas throughout their journey from local development to cloud migration. Today, we're introducing a new Atlas CLI experience that allows developers to create managed local development environments with the same experience as an Atlas cluster in the cloud. This new feature is available in public preview and includes integrated Atlas Search and Atlas Vector Search, enabling developers to create and manage indexes and queries within their workflows. We're also introducing generative KI technology to simplify data querying by allowing developers to ask questions in a natural language that feels comfortable for them. Our Compass GUI will generate the corresponding query in MongoDB query language syntax, reducing the effort required to learn the query language and enabling developers to iterate and create new features faster. Additionally, we're launching a new SQL-Abfragekonvertierung in Relational Migrator, which can convert hundreds or thousands of queries and stored procedures during a migration from relational databases to MongoDB, offloading resources from query execution to verification and implementation. We're also announcing Atlas for the Edge, which brings data processing and storage capabilities closer to where data is generated - at the edge. With Atlas Edge Servers that can be deployed anywhere and integrated conflict resolution, customers can create hub-and-spoke architectures to enable low-latency experiences or more complex computations near the device. Finally, we're introducing an Atlas Vector Search platform to help developers build the next generation of AI-powered applications with a scalable and powerful data platform. We've also announced MongoDB Press, a Medium for publishing technical and leadership knowledge on MongoDB, and a solution library with application cases organized by industry to showcase what's possible with our developer data platform.
