Modem has introduced several updates aimed at improving trend analysis, agent functionality, integrations, automation delivery, and data privacy. Stories, currently in beta, provides a digestible view of broader trends across topics, while the agent can now request confirmation in Slack before performing write actions and can render data-driven charts directly in Slack or on the web. New beta integrations with GitLab and Gong import merge request, issue, and customer-call information, allowing the agent to connect feedback and take actions based on it. Automation outputs can now be sent to Discord, and organizations can configure a default Modem notification channel alongside Slack and email. The platform also adds configurable data-scrubbing rules to redact sensitive information before it reaches topics, helping keep PII out of Modem.
