Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) maps showed that Syria's network connected to multiple external networks, including PCCW and TATA. Later, connections were also made with Turk Telecom. The reconnection occurred in two phases: at 1432 UTC with PCCW and TATA, and at 1557 UTC with Turk Telecom. By 1706 UTC, internal monitoring by CloudFlare confirmed that traffic was flowing from Syrian IP addresses onto the internet, including both fixed and mobile IP addresses. Traffic levels returned to pre-shutdown levels almost immediately after reconnection. No further routing changes have been observed since 1558 UTC, indicating stability in connectivity and traffic levels.
