The assistant can also explain why screenings are recommended and help users navigate ordering, candidate invitations, report statuses, billing, and background-check results, while leaving all hiring decisions to employers. Planned updates include plain-language explanations of report charges and adjudication guidance informed by an organization’s past decisions. Checkr also highlights expanded verification options, streamlined ordering and candidate workflows, fast criminal-check turnaround times, and integrations with more than 200 HR, applicant-tracking, and payroll platforms, while noting that its information is educational rather than legal advice.
