The Bugcrowd MVP program recognizes and rewards researchers who contribute significantly to the platform's growth and success. The Q4 2019 MVPs include researchers who have qualified for the first time, with some also receiving a custom keyboard as a mystery reward for qualifying all four quarters in 2019. Researchers who have qualified multiple times are rewarded with increasingly better swag items, including shirts, jackets, backpacks, and a custom keyboard. The program aims to recognize and support exceptional researchers while fostering a sense of community among participants.

Congratulations to our top P1 researchers in Q4 2019! The P1 Warriors program rewards valid P1 submissions, which include accepted issues marked as "Unresolved," "Resolved," "Duplicate," or "Won't Fix." Researchers who submitted five valid P1 submissions for the first time were recognized, with over a dozen individuals earning this distinction. Those who reached milestones of 10, 25, and 50 valid submissions qualified for a sticker pack, challenge coin, and hoodie respectively. A researcher who submitted 100 valid P1 submissions was awarded the wrestling belt, while another earned swag announced in the near future. The program is ongoing and rewards exceptional researchers, with order links to be sent out soon for those who qualify.

We are excited to congratulate and announce the Q4 2019 Bounty Slayers! The qualifying requirement for the Standard reward is submitting at least 30 resolved or unresolved P1 to P4 submissions, while the Power Up reward requires at least 40 P1 to P4 submissions. Researchers who have qualified for the program for the first time include ahmet, aniket26, and others, while those who have qualified multiple times are also listed. The researchers who have qualified for the program for the first time come from various countries including Turkey, India, Pakistan, and more. Bugcrowd recognizes its exceptional researchers and rewards them for their hard work. The Bounty Slayers program is an annual program that ran from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

We are excited to announce the relaunch of our Bugcrowd Ambassador program, with a focus on empowering local communities and offering three pathways for Ambassadors to choose from: Speaker, Maker, and Tester roles. The new program aims to clearly define roles and responsibilities, while also providing rewards and opportunities for growth. Interested individuals can apply now and take advantage of exclusive swag, conference tickets, and live hacking experiences. A weekly application review process will be in place until February 7, 2020.

The December Hall of Fame winners have been announced, with todayisnew taking first place with the highest score of 510 points, followed closely by ih8people with 480 points. The top performers will receive bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $1,000, and researchers who contributed significantly to the success of the program are being recognized for their outstanding work. The announcement comes ahead of a major update to researcher reward and recognition programs, which is expected to roll out soon.
