June 2020 Summaries

I conducted a live online class on our new tutorial for Reinforcement Learning with Ray RLlib. The session was recorded and can be found on the Anyscale YouTube channel. All the accompanying notebooks and support code are available in the Anyscale Academy GitHub repo. Upcoming events include a next live event covering Ray Tune, Ray Serve, and Ray Autoscaler, as well as our upcoming Ray Summit Connect conference focused on Practical Reinforcement Learning.

The videos and slides from the second Ray Summit Connect have been made available, featuring talks on distributed hyperparameter tuning, geometry-aware gradient algorithms for neural architecture search, and optimizing BERT models with Ray and SigOpt. A Q&A and panel discussion was also held, moderated by Dean Wampler. The event covered topics related to reinforcement learning, including a live tutorial for the new Anyscale Academy.
