The Market Data API v1 has been deprecated and will officially sunset on March 15, 2022. To continue providing the best experience for users, support for Market Data API v2 is being prioritized, offering two plans: Free and Unlimited. Customers are required to update any existing systems using Market Data API v1 endpoints, as client libraries will no longer support it after the sunset date. After March 15, 2022, systems using v1 endpoints will be removed from the documentation and will cease to function. The Paper Trading API is offered by AlpacaDB, Inc. for use without real money or transaction in real securities, providing a risk-free environment for testing and practice.
