Diversity and inclusion at Webflow: it's (past) time to do more

Webflow is committed to two primary missions: enabling everyone to create for the web and empowering its team to lead fulfilling and impactful lives. The company aims to foster a diverse and radically inclusive environment where team members are empowered because of their unique identities and perspectives, not despite them. However, Webflow acknowledges it has not yet achieved the level of diversity and inclusion it aspires to, realizing that organic efforts driven by core values have been insufficient. To address this, Webflow is taking a significant step forward by appointing its first Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, marking a proactive effort to realize its goals in creating a more inclusive and representative company culture.
