The platform has expanded its user base to over 55,000 across 100 countries, shipped numerous updates and features, and hosted over 200 million utterances through its hosted runtime for Alexa and Google apps. The team won several awards, including the Voice Tool of the Year 2020 award at Project Voice, and was featured during keynotes such as the Alexa Live keynote and Google Assistant Dev Day. New features were introduced, including escalating reprompts, Prompt step, templates workspace, bulk import, Canvas Markup, and Commenting, which have enhanced the design and collaboration experience for users. The team also launched a new tutorial series, partnered with Google to build a new Google Actions Console integration, and expanded its enterprise offering with features such as SSO, private cloud deployments, and HIPAA compliant runtimes. Looking ahead to 2021, the Voiceflow team is focused on enhancing team workflow and supporting new use cases through channel expansion, with plans to roll out the Voiceflow SDK to its entire userbase and introduce more team workflow-focused features.
