Blog post from Vercel
Vercel has released several updates in August 2020, including improvements to its deployment process, detection of frameworks, and SSL certificates. The platform now automatically detects RedwoodJS when creating new projects using the dashboard or Vercel CLI. Custom uploaded SSL certificates take precedence over system-generated ones, and errors during npm installation are surfaced in build logs. Additionally, the dashboard has been updated with a "Visit" button that links to the deployment URL, and a "Updated" indicator is added to project settings. Other changes include improved domain configuration, enhanced team management, and updates to the vercel CLI and development experience.
