Contract redlining, a process where legal documents are marked with suggested changes, is enhanced using VectorShift to streamline and automate the procedure. The workflow design includes compiling redlining information, building a knowledge base, and automating the review process through a pipeline consisting of input, summarizer, knowledge base, LLM, and output nodes. The input nodes accept contract files and user instructions, which are summarized and checked against compliance guidelines stored in the knowledge base. An LLM node generates a redlining report with identified issues, recommended amendments, and risk assessments, which is then displayed by the output node. The pipeline can be deployed, exported, and integrated with services like Google Drive, allowing for scalable contract reviews and tracking through analytics, thereby enhancing efficiency in legal departments.
