When business is unusual, we call it Tyk Week!

Tyk Week is an annual company-wide retreat designed to foster connections among employees, partners, and clients, traditionally held in scenic locations, but transitioned to a virtual format in 2020 due to the postponement of the Bali edition. The virtual Tyk Week includes a schedule packed with presentations, workshops, and fun activities aimed at energizing the team for the upcoming year, while maintaining their commitment to delivering high-quality service. Participants can share experiences using the hashtag #TykEverywhere, and despite the virtual format, the event aims to maintain the spirit of community and focus that characterizes the physical retreats.
