The integration allows for real-time audio processing and enables customization of call flows such as forwarding calls to agents or deploying remote agent contact centers with Flex Boost resources. This program is available to various organizations, including government agencies, healthcare, and businesses impacted by COVID-19, and can be deployed quickly with existing Contact Center AI solutions or new Twilio customers.
