The app uses Twilio's PHP API and Facebook's PHP API to connect calls between users' phone numbers and their Facebook accounts. The developer, John O'Brien, built the app in just 5 hours, using PHP and MySQL technologies. O'Brien discovered Twilio through a tweet from Dave McClure, a well-known entrepreneur, and is now considering building additional applications with Twilio's API.
