Triple the teammates and 49 new features — our year in review

In 2021, Swarmia focused on enhancing engineering teams' efficiency by launching 49 new features, maintaining a 99.96% uptime, and improving visibility and task management with features like investment insights, automated task categorization, and a high-level work log. They introduced DORA metrics for deployment insights and scope creep insights to aid in better planning and retrospectives. Swarmia also refined working agreements and expanded their team from 6 to 18 members after a $7 million funding round, opening a US office in Denver and onboarding over 1,000 new teams. With the company turning two in November 2021, Swarmia has ambitious plans for further growth and development in 2022.
