How we built a Chatbot that is an Expert at SuperTokens

SuperTokens has developed an AI-powered Q&A bot using ChatGPT to streamline customer support by accurately answering product-related questions. The bot operates by extracting relevant information from SuperTokens documentation and Discord messages, using vector embeddings to determine semantic similarity and select the appropriate context. The process involves several agents: a context agent to identify relevant documentation, a question/answer agent to respond to inquiries, a grading agent to assess the accuracy and relevance of the answers, and a human feedback agent to refine responses based on user input. This system aims to reduce the time and cost associated with customer support while addressing the limitations of large language models, such as potential inaccuracies due to outdated or incomplete training data. The project is still in development, with ongoing improvements to enhance its efficacy and reliability.
