Multi Region Support

Stream is enhancing its service by introducing multi-region support to improve performance for its growing user base outside of Europe, particularly in the US and Asia, where latency issues have been identified. Initial infrastructure replication is being established in four regions: us-east-1, ap-northeast-1, ap-southeast-1, and eu-west-1, which is expected to reduce response times by 50-75% for applications operating in these areas. The company plans to make region selection configurable via the dashboard soon, and users can currently choose their preferred region by contacting support. Stream is committed to further expanding its infrastructure as its user base continues to grow, aiming to mitigate latency and enhance the overall user experience.
