Strapi, an open-source project that started in France in 2015 as a side project by three founders, has grown into a multicultural organization with over 60 remote-first team members across seven countries. The company recently released Strapi v4 stable and is preparing for StrapiConf 2022. As part of its growth, Strapi has implemented various programs and policies to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, including mental health initiatives, parental leave missions, and global training programs. A new blog section, "Strapi Life Blog," was recently launched to share the team's experiences, learnings, and challenges as they build the company and its product, with the goal of making it more accessible to the Strapi community, partners, and candidates.
