A cause for a double celebration as Speechmatics releases its Spanish language pack for use in its Speech Recognition service, continuing the company's relentless drive of bringing new languages to market every two weeks. The release is made possible by Auto-Auto technology, which allows Speechmatics to generate a boot-strapped implementation of a language with just a handful of hours of transcribed audio data. Once transcription starts, Deep Learning Artificial Intelligence techniques are used to train the system, resulting in high-quality language packs like the Spanish one. The company is pleased with the quality of its Spanish delivery and plans to continue this momentum by releasing new languages every two weeks.
