However, slow changes can lead to a comfort zone mentality, where true fast-growth companies must break down walls and empower teams with a no-limits innovation mindset. To achieve this, leaders should make change about opportunity, not uncertainty, communicate clearly, empower teams without sacrificing accountability, recognize the value of recognition, and keep the flame alive by refiring up entrepreneurial passion and ambition. By doing so, fast-growth businesses can thrive in uncharted waters and continuously evaluate and intervene to stay on course.
