A recent meetup was held at SingleStore's San Francisco headquarters for the community, featuring talks by Drew Paroski and Adam Prout about a methodical approach to decision-making in database evaluations within a Star Wars theme. The talks covered tradeoffs and tips on evaluating tech behind databases, as well as challenges of building fault-tolerant distributed architectures, with SingleStore's solutions tackling these issues.
