Heroku add-on goes public

Semaphore's add-on for Heroku, which facilitates setting up continuous integration for Ruby applications hosted on Heroku, has officially transitioned from its beta phase to full release. The development of the add-on benefited from feedback provided by users during its beta testing phase, and its advancement was supported by a collaborative effort with Heroku. This release invites further engagement and discussion through a dedicated Discord channel.
