Pricing update: Free users
Blog post from Sanity
Sanity has announced updates to its pricing plans to facilitate collaboration and encourage more users to try their platform without the burden of overage charges. All-access admin users are now free on all non-enterprise plans, while the ability to purchase non-admin users has been introduced, with specific quotas for each plan tier. The Free plan includes access to Editor and Viewer roles with three non-admin users, the Team plan includes Editor, Viewer, and Developer roles with ten non-admin users, and the Business plan offers additional Contributor roles with twenty non-admin users. Enterprise plans remain customizable and unaffected by these changes. Additionally, Team and Business plan users now benefit from increased historical data retention, with Team plans offering 30-day retention and Business plans offering 90-day retention for various features. Sanity emphasizes that users can choose to remain on their current plans without automatic migration and invites feedback on the new changes through their community Slack channel.
