Get notifications every time an error occurs

Notifications for errors can now be configured to alert users every time an error occurs, whereas previously, notifications were limited to new items and the tenth occurrence of errors. The expanded notification rules are applicable across multiple channels, including Email, Slack, HipChat, Trello, and PagerDuty, offering more flexibility and responsiveness in managing errors.
