Assign errors to your team

Rollbar has introduced a new feature that allows users to assign error items to team members directly from the error details page, enhancing collaboration and task management. This feature includes an "Assigned to" dropdown menu displaying team members, and once an item is assigned, the designated team member receives an email notification with relevant details and a link. The assigned member is added as a 'watcher,' ensuring they receive updates and comments on the item, while assignment events are recorded in the item history for transparency. Users can efficiently locate items by searching for 'assigned:me,' 'assigned:username,' or 'assigned:unassigned' on the Items page, with the feature particularly beneficial for larger teams. Feedback is encouraged to further enhance this functionality.
