Announcing Crash Monitoring for macOS with Rollbar

Rollbar has released version 1.8.1 of rollbar-ios, extending its crash monitoring capabilities to macOS alongside iOS, allowing users to monitor, triage, and debug crashes and errors on both platforms. The update brings real-time crash notifications, advanced fingerprinting technology to group similar crashes, and comprehensive debugging data, such as stack traces, telemetry metadata, user impact, app versions, and runtime environment details. The Rollbar CocoaPod now functions as a universal pod for both iOS and macOS, simplifying integration through multiple methods, including CocoaPods, static libraries, and frameworks, all compatible with simulators. Additionally, new configuration options for transmitting and logging payloads enhance the development and testing experience.
