Postmark has introduced a new feature called Postmark Inbound Auto-Retries, which automatically retries inbound posts if they fail due to various reasons such as web application or server downtime, or networking issues. The feature ensures that the web app receives processed inbound emails, even in case of failures. It will attempt up to 10 retries with growing intervals from 1 minute to 6 hours, and if all retries fail, it will show an Inbound Error message. Retries do not incur any additional cost, as a single credit covers processing inbound email and potential retries.
