The web application is undergoing minor updates aimed at enhancing usability and performance, with changes including standardized button locations, styling, and icons to improve readability and user experience, particularly for newcomers. These updates involve hiring UX-focused engineers, switching CDNs for faster static asset loading, enabling API compression for quicker access, and implementing new features like re-assigning triggered incidents and customizing user colors on the calendar. The app now also features automatically refreshing dashboards and displaying push notification rules on user pages, with an added option to use the dashboard in fullscreen as a kiosk. The support team is improving the accessibility of the PagerDuty knowledge base, and the mobile app is set to receive attention next.
