PagerDuty Summit Inclusion Program
Blog post from PagerDuty
PagerDuty emphasizes its commitment to inclusivity by incorporating a diverse range of participants in its upcoming PagerDuty Summit 2018, reflecting the company's core values and belief in innovation through diversity. The summit offers opportunities for learning best practices, hands-on training, and insights from industry leaders in DevOps. In a bid to enhance inclusivity, PagerDuty has allocated 100 free two-day conference passes for under-represented groups in technology, including women, people of color, individuals with differing abilities, LGBTQ+ members, and veterans, among others. Applicants must meet certain criteria, such as being able to cover their own travel expenses and adhering to the Code of Conduct, with selection based on eligibility and a first-come, first-served basis. The event will be held at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco on September 11-12, 2018, and successful applicants will be notified within eight business days of their submission.
