In addition, actionable notifications now allow responders to acknowledge incidents directly from push notifications, streamlining the response process without needing to open the app. These updates, including the ability to customize alert sounds and a “Today View” widget for iOS 8 users, reflect PagerDuty's commitment to supporting responders who rely on their mobile devices during critical incidents.
