iCal Integration and Hand-off Notification

PagerDuty is preparing to launch a new calendar feature with iCal integration, which will soon be available in beta for interested users. This new functionality allows users to either download their upcoming month's calendar or use a unique, secret URL to integrate their on-call schedules with their preferred calendar applications. Currently limited to read-only access, the feature enables users to share their secret URL with team members, facilitating a comprehensive team view for managers. Additionally, it supports integration with reminder programs, addressing a frequently requested feature from the feedback forum.
