The new policy would provide 12 months of upgrades, bug fixes, and new features from the date of purchase, with an option to renew at discounted rates. This adjustment aims to prevent customers from making multiple purchases within a year and allows the company to release features more promptly without concern for major version numbering. Feedback on this proposed policy change is encouraged, and Stovell assures that no current customers will be disadvantaged by the transition.
