The platform helps Sentia monitor everything hosted by the company, including multiple cloud environments, customers, and accounts. With New Relic One, Sentia can visualize data using different perspectives, dimensions, and roles based on their needs. They co-developed a custom app called Situational Awareness Dashboard to provide operations leaders with context and situational awareness in an easy-to-understand visual format. The dashboard automatically surfaces issues prioritized by business-criticality, making it easier for teams to focus on the most critical problems first. By using New Relic One, Sentia aims to reduce mean time to resolution, meet customer SLAs, and differentiate their business by offering Full-Stack Observability.
