Controlling auto publishing for coordinated releases

Throughout December we'll be highlighting a different Netlify feature each day, potentially helping users unlock their creative potential and deploy dormant domains. By locking deploys, users can maintain the current published version of their site while still committing changes to build new versions in the background. This technique is useful for coordinating multiple updates before launching a big announcement, allowing everything to go live instantly with the click of a button. When a deploy is locked, it can be unlocked and re-published, but previously built deploys will not automatically publish again until manually chosen by the user.
