During the COVID-19 pandemic, Luciq has managed to not only sustain but also expand its operations, particularly in regard to its Summer Internship Program, despite the widespread economic difficulties faced by many companies. Recognizing the significant impact of the pandemic on students and recent graduates, Luciq is committed to maintaining and even enlarging its internship opportunities, transitioning to a fully remote format to ensure safety and adherence to health guidelines. Since its inception in 2016, the Luciq Internship Program has seen significant growth in applications and participants, with many interns transitioning to full-time roles within the company. This year, the program will continue to thrive with double the number of available intern positions across various teams, demonstrating Luciq's dedication to supporting emerging talent in challenging times.
