A Journey inside Instabug's Internship Program

The Instabug Internship Program has been a successful initiative, growing from 40 applications in its first year to over 365 in the following years. The program has attracted talented individuals who have gone on to become full-time employees, including four interns who are now part of the company's #BugSquad. Mohamed Essam, a backend engineer intern, and Ahmed Roshdy, a frontend developer intern, both spoke about their experiences, highlighting the friendly environment, opportunities for growth, and sense of belonging that Instabug offers. Hania Ghannam, a growth marketing intern, praised the program's practical approach, hands-on experience, and exposure to global marketing strategies. The company is proud of its young and passionate interns and looks forward to welcoming this year's batch through an online application process.
