Our help documentation is now available in Portuguese
Blog post from GitHub
GitHub has expanded its help documentation site to include Brazilian Portuguese, aiming to engage more developers in Brazil by providing resources in their native language. The site, accessible via help.github.com, includes documentation for various GitHub services and operates on a continuous integration system with the localization tool Crowdin to ensure timely updates in multiple languages. Although some newly added content may initially appear in English, translations are continuously updated. A search engine supports Brazilian Portuguese, enhancing accessibility for users. As part of its commitment to global connectivity, GitHub is looking to include more languages and translated sites. Additionally, GitHub is participating in the Python Brazil 2019 Conference, where attendees can learn about technology's future, contribute to open-source projects, and engage directly with GitHub staff.
