Improvements to Notification Emails

Recent updates to email notifications now offer enhanced filtering options and provide more detailed information about the reasons for receiving each email. The footer of every email now includes subscription reasons, akin to what is available on GitHub.com, such as direct mentions. Users have the option to mute new conversations directly from the email, provided their email clients accept HTML emails. Additionally, notification reasons now appear as a CC email address, facilitating better email labeling and filtering, especially for services like Gmail and iCloud that lack support for filtering by the X-GitHub-Reason header.
