All of the Hooks

GitHub has expanded its service offerings by introducing two new APIs for managing Hooks, along with support for eleven new events, aimed at enhancing integration capabilities. Originally launched with four services, GitHub Services has grown significantly thanks to contributions from 124 individuals, resulting in a total of 68 third-party services. The new events include actions related to issues, comments, pull requests, wiki updates, repository watches, downloads, forks, member additions, and changes in repository privacy settings. Alongside an HTTP Hook API aligned with API v3, GitHub also offers a PubSubHubbub endpoint for managing Hooks, and these enhancements are currently available through the API. Developers can begin utilizing these features, with further updates expected to improve the Service Hook admin once these additions have been thoroughly tested.
