Datadog has announced its new Salesforce Desk integration, which allows users to view trends in support case data and set alerts on support case volume. This integration provides added visibility into the relationship between performance or availability issues and support case volume, enabling teams to determine if there are any correlations between them. The integration also enables the creation of a dashboard for support case overview statistics, which can be easily shared with management and external teams, providing real-time data on top resolved cases by user and number of open cases over time.
