User-scoped API Keys

Checkly has introduced a change in how API keys are created and managed, shifting from account-scoped to user-scoped keys. This change allows for more accountability and access control, as individual users' access roles are inherited by their respective API keys. The new feature enables the creation of multiple API keys per user, simplifying key rotation and revocation. Existing account-scoped keys will continue to work but will no longer be created, with all new keys requiring user-scoping. This change aims to improve functionality around API automation, user management, access control, and auditing.
