The Chainlink Community Grant Program has awarded a grant to IRISnet, an interchain blockchain protocol, to integrate Chainlink's oracle technology into China's Blockchain Services Network (BSN). This grant supports the integration of Chainlink's services, which will allow BSN blockchains to access and incorporate real-world data securely through Chainlink oracles. IRISnet, whose core team is Bianjie, will facilitate this integration using its IRITA product as a permissioned interchain hub, ensuring compatibility and deployment of Chainlink contracts within BSN. This initiative aligns with BSN's objective of making blockchain infrastructure readily available at low cost for global enterprises, ultimately supporting the development of distributed applications. The Chainlink Community Grant Program aims to empower development teams and researchers to enhance the accessibility and functionality of the Chainlink Network, thereby fostering the growth of hybrid smart contracts and secure oracle networks.
