Expanding the Chainlink Community Advocate Program

Selected advocates will receive guidance, resources, and networking opportunities to help them contribute to the Chainlink ecosystem's growth, particularly in light of the recent Chainlink 2.0 whitepaper and the upcoming Smart Contract Summit.
