You can now sync all of your internal customer data into Intercom to display product usage metrics, create granular segments, send personalized in-app or email campaigns, show Product Tours for features that people aren't using, and automatically trigger emails based on data from other apps. With Census, you can easily connect your warehouse to Intercom by adding Intercom as a new service connection via OAuth, creating a new sync, and visualizing the data mapping UI to pick what information you want to make available in Intercom. Once activated, the data will always be up to date and ready to be used to build better customer experiences, while respecting API usage and plan rate limits.
